problem with Exchange RPC publishing

Status: offline 		system cjnfiguration: win2000serv sp4, exchange server 2000 sp3, isa 2000 fp1, sp2 
Dns configuration like this:
local domain: comcon-spb.local
exhange server: comcon-serv
Mapi clients use it.
Outer registered domain: comcon-1.spb.ru
MX  - mail.comcon-1.spb.ru
How to publish exchange RPC server in this situation? What uuid for rpc i must use for Protocol definition for emp isa server or exchange?

Why publicatrion not works with records in common DNS
