hello people, I have a question
I made ISA web chaining rule to redirect the web requests to an upstream server which have squid proxy server (http requests on port 8080)
and always I receive the message on web proxy client

Error Code 10060: Connection timeout
Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties.

Server: xxxxxxxx (ISA server)
Source: Firewall
and on monitor of ISA there is " the web proxy filter detected that upstream server 'xxxxx' is not available

is there any one can help
