Hello,
I'm working on a web filter that is behaving differently during initialization than it is during a ReloadWPXFilterConfiguration event. I have a file that needs to be accessed during both events. Everything works fine on initialization but it acts like it doesn't have the necessary permissions to access the file during the reload. Basically, when I click Apply in the ISA Console, the file doesn't get changed. But, if I stop and restart the firewall, the file does get changed.

Is is possible that different users or permissions are being used during these two events?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Any links to related documenation? I've looked all over....
