Guys we run isa server 2006 as of late I have noticed proxy authentication problems. For example, a user will try to access the web and a dialog box will pop up asking for there credentials. I would like to know has anyone here seen this problem before? I noticed that the users with the problem were all logged in using the same domain controller however I don't know if thats relevant info.

Hi,

Is happening with all users? Are you using basic authentication?
check if the option Enable Integrated Windows Authentication is marked at the advanced options of IE.

We are actually going to change the proxy authentication to kerboros. This article details our problems and we actually found the errors in our logs.
