Hello, I have 2 ISA2006 EE servers in a load balanced array, everything appears to be working fine except at random (about 2% of the time) a request fails with the following error information from the ISA logs: Error Information | HTTP Status Code 0x603 | 121 Error Information | HTTP Status Code 0x603 | 64 I have not been able to find anything anywhere that has shed any light on this problem, any idea what may be the issue?

various clients, but I do have an additional bit of information that may shed light on the problem: The request in question is retrieving the data in a blob (binary large object bit-array), if we change it to return a string instead the problem goes away. The problem is the data in the blob format is ~800kb, as a string it is ~2mb which causes a noticeable drop in performance and increased bandwidth usage. This problem did not exist in ISA2004 EE, so it has to be something that changed

When Tom asks "what client type", he means "are you making SecureNET, Web Proxy or Firewall Client requests?" Is this traffic SSL? Typically, you'll see result-code 64 in the web proxy for tunneled SSL traffic because ISA can't "see" the HTTP communications therein (unless you have ClearTunnel, but that's a horse of a different barrel-monkey). Result-code 121 indicates a "The semaphore timeout period has expired." error; probably indicating the SSL session has died. What you need to do is grab http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=D22EC2B9-4CD3-4BB6-91EC-0829E5F84063, install it, and run %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft ISABPA\isabpapack +repro' and follow the instructions. It'll produce a .cab file on your desktop that contains all the data needed to understand the scenario (if you cause it to happen).

Thanks, I will give that a try and let you know what the results were.

The client type is web proxy, and we are not using ssl. I ran the tool you suggested, trying to decipher the information in the cab file currently.
