Hi all,

Currently I installed two ISA servers 2004 enterprise running Network load balancing and I install a ISA server management mmc on the admin workstation. I edit the system policy, add the admin workstation IP to Remote management computers group and have the firewall installed to allow admin workstation to remote manage the ISA servers.

The problem is when I connect to ISA server, it work as expected. I click enterprise policy and it show up the enterprise policy and then I click the Arrays on the left pane... error pop up error window and said that "ISA server error. The operation failed" so I click details button, it said unknow name"

I make sure the admin workstation and ISA server are able to lookup the DNS and I also tried to manual add some entries on the host file. but same error. And it is work when I use the ISA server management on the ISA server.

any have this problem before ?
