secure nat client problem for accessing internet

i have one lan with to group of ip address:
1.192.168.0.0/24 (invalid ip address)
2.82.205.149.0/24 (valid ip address)
I want that both of groups access to internet but valid group doesnt have any limitaition ,and isa server 2000 is a transparent proxy for that.
For users with invalid ip i set proxy setting and enter ip rang in lat and i didnt have any problem .
for valid users i set getway and enter ip rang in lat, but thay dont have any access to internet .
please help me.

y u using public ip address in lan ??? select ip range with in private ip address
