secure nat connection

Status: offline 		I have two subnets connected by two routers my Isa server is behind one router
and the default getway forthat subnet is172.16.1.1 255.255.0.0.

and the other subnet getway is 172.25.255.1 255.255.0.0
how can I access my Isa through secure net from both subnets
ihave no problem with proxy or FW clients
