Hi, Using isa 2004 sp3 on server 2003 std ed. sp2. This machine was setup new about 6 weeks ago. I keep getting the following in the sql server log (number exceeded by varies): 2008-02-18 18:00:10.20 spid12 This SQL Server has been optimized for 8 concurrent queries. This limit has been exceeded by 101 queries and performance may be adversely affected. It was logging errors like this since it was first set up. Since the msde database is out of my control is this anything to concern myself with? (Our previous machine doing this job only had isa 2004 sp1, but I think it never had errors like this). Maybe related: I only looked in this log as VSS backups of machine were reporting errors backing up this database for the last 3 or 4 days. Related errors in this sql log show: 2008-02-18 18:00:16.02 backup BACKUP failed to complete the command BACKUP DATABASE [ISALOG_20080111_FWS_002] TO VIRTUAL_DEVICE='{821DB538-C9CD-4CB6-B1A5-660B826AB744}7' WITH SNAPSHOT,BUFFERCOUNT=1,BLOCKSIZE=1024 2008-02-18 18:00:16.15 spid71 BackupSoftFile::WriteMediaFileMark: failure on backup device '{821DB538-C9CD-4CB6-B1A5-660B826AB744}7'.
