I am using ISA2004 server and learned it while working.

I need to open a TCP port on the ISA server so that a software name emule can be used by a user & I do it by 1st Creating a New protocol like:

Tcp / Outbound / Port 4662
UDP / Send / Port 4672

And then I had create a Firewall Policy Access Rule by using this User defined protocol from Internal to External.

But still the software cannot connect to their server. Plz tell me where I am making a mistake.
