before this I had setup all workstations as secure NATs.
On ISA server all outgoing request are allowed without any restriction.
its working fine until recently the management had decided to restrict internet browsing for certain staff during certain period.
so I do this:
1) create new schedule, during this period those certain staff wont able to browse internet
2) create new users group called 'internet'. users in here can use internet without any restriction
3) new site content rule:
destination:all
schedule: as step 1) above
action: denied
apply to: all domain users, except 'internet' user group

soon after that users from 'internet' group complain they cannot login their 'messenger'(skype, msn, yahoo).
I did this: convert users from secure NATs to Firewall clients.
soon then strange thing happen;firewall client cannot authenticate when firewall client option set to 'automatically detect ISA server'.
if I disable it outlook will start to fail.

this problem seem to occur only during the new site and content rule is active.

any opinion/advices is welcome.
