upgrade to win 2003 failed

Status: offline 		I upgraded our ISA Server to Windows 2003 server fine after applying the SP2. However, now clients using the web proxy service come up with the error:

http 407 Proxy Authentication required. The ISA server requires authorisation to fulfill the request. Access to the web proxy service is denied (12209)

Can somebody help please??
