i have website that i rent its space in canada and
i am in iran now.i want to upload my data to my website but i cant do it from my lan (behind isa server2000).before that i could upload it by valid ip address but now i cant.

Are you uploading a file using an FTP protocol? If yes, just create an allow rule for FTP protocol.
