Status: offline 		I found out that ISA 2004 won't work correctly for upstream proxy in 3 leg perimeter.

You mean downstream proxy in perimetner? The ISA firewall has the Internet connection, and then a downstream proxy would be located on the perimeter network. In that case, it works fine, in fact, I did it yesterday.
