hi,
i m new in this fourm. kindly tell me how to use firewall client instead of SecureNat.
i just install the ISA Server its default use SecureNat, but i want to use Firewall Client. its client software also not available on the ISA Machine as share.

If you are about to deploy the client to your computer within your domain you should use a deployment solution, best recomended is GPO (Group Policy Object). You can use SCCM, SMS or other deplyment tools like those but if you allready have a Active Directory it will be fine and no futher deplyment tools will be needed.

Don't forget to configure the "auto discovery" so that the clients can find the ISA server.

For the latest version of the FW client, go to micrsoft and download it!
I made a quick search and found: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=05c2c932-b15a-4990-b525-66380743da89&DisplayLang=en
check it out and before deploying it in the produciton envrioment test it in a QA, lab enviornment.

Forgot to write down but you may also use a silent installation script so that no msg boxes and other information is shown for the user loged on to the computer. The user who's loged on to the machine will need adminsitrative credentials to install the FW client.

You could also apply yhe installation within the logon script which applys to the computer durig the startup, which results in that no user will be needed to be loged on to the machine.
