web filter error

Status: offline 		i have installed isa server 2004 standard and everything is
running fine apart from?

some sites get redirected to http://www.domainca.com/index_domainca.html
for no reason? and in the dashboard in the Connectivity section
it say's "Web (Internet) Unable to verify (firewall Service unavailable)

i have a connection verifier and it's setup to monitor the server isa is on
the group type is Web (internet) the method used to verify the connection
is Send an http "GET" request, the timeout is 5000

can anbody help!

Sounds like a DNS or sypware problem.
