Hi,
I am using ISA 2004 Standard edition as my network firewall. Internal users connect to the internet as secure NAT clients. An allow access policy allows theses users to use http, https, pop3, SMTP and ping protocols. These clients cannot log-in to their web mail console at http://webmail.iust.ac.ir . I captured the traffic when users were logging-in, the web mail console uses the standard http port 80. This port is open on my firewall. My full protocol users have no problem.
I think, the web mail console is using another port not port 80. What do you thing my friends?

Could be. Get a packet trace to see what's actually happening.
