 hi, when i wana connect to my webmail from outside my country this error comes:

Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

because the employees cannt chick there emails while thay are out of the country.

the question is ..whether you are able to connect to the published OWA within the country. Is it still accessible?
Otherwise you have a configurtion problem in ur ISA ...

just from outside, it gives me the error.

Status: offline 		Try typing your IP address /exchange for example http://123.456.78.9/exchange instead of your DNS name.
