Hi-- I'm currently running windows 2003 enterprise, with exchange 2003 standard. I'm running on a somewhat old , yet still capable, machine-- an hp netserver lh6000, with 6 900mhz PIII xeons.
I picked up a copy of ISA server 2006 stndard, and am planning my setup .. but noticed a warning on microsoft's website that you should not install isa standard on any machine with more than four processors...
What will happen if I attempt this? will isa just not recognize the other two processors? or am I going to have problems?
well, that sucks. so, my choices are to either yank out two processors, setup a separate box for ISA server, upgrade to enterprise isa, or just scrap isa...
