Hi all, I have got a weird case, our HP Insigh Manager server has it's own web interface to manage stuff, so on the server, there is a url link to https://127.0.0.1:2381, which links to the its own webserver. I assumed that it's local loopback address, it won't even hit ISA, the traffic doesn't even leave the server. However, when trying to access this url, here is what IE shows: =============================================== Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed Technical Information (for Support personnel) Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204) IP Address: 10.208.10.252 Date: 8/04/2008 9:06:02 AM [GMT] Server: ISA-UCWHQ1.UnitingCareWest.local Source: proxy ================================================= why does the traffic hitting the ISA and blocked by ISA? The more weird thing is when i use https://localhost:2381, it worked fine. If I ping localhost, it resolves to 127.0.0.1. so anyone? Ming
