Occasionally the wspsrv process in my ISA 2004 Standard Server to use 99 percent of both CPUs. This of course grinds all firewall/proxy activity to a halt. Stopping/ending the process and restarting it fixes the problem. SP1 for ISA is installed. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

There doesn't appear to be any unusual activity in the logs just before the problem occurs. Approximately 50-100 webproxy users on average. The server should be more than capable running dual Xeon 3.4Ghz CPUs with 2GB RAM and Ultra320 SCSI hard drives.
