Hello !

We have a problem with different clients and even with some of our users...

When opening www.google.fr, using IE and ISA 2004, we very often get a popup saying "connection canceled" and then a standard dnserror page saying the site is not accessible.

If using Firefox 2 or 3 or Chrome it's ok
If using another proxy (squid.. not isa).. it's ok
Clients are running windows XP or Vista, IE 6 or 7... some have the problem.. some doesn't...

On the different ISA Servers, we tried to deactivate/modify the http filters.. deactivate caching, etc... allways the same..

It seem's clear that the problem comes from the www.google.fr home page...but why the only affected clients are "ISA + IE"... ???

I generated a debug log with "debug mode wininet.dll"... but I doesn't see anything wrong...

Can some test this page and tell me if he has the same effect ?

If this helps, I received the same error using IE.

It doesn't really help.. but now, I know it's a global problem...

no our configuration here...

It's really a google.fr problem..

but why only with ISA and IE ? and.. what can I tell to customers...

no one had a similar problem ?

Hello,

Does anyone have a solution for this problem ?

is there a way to rewrite the URL so that user asking for www.google.fr are redirected tohttp://www.google.com/webhp?hl=fr ??
