Hi, i've been scanning all topics to find a solution to my problem. Maybe it's been already posted. So a link to the solution might help.
Since I'm not an ISA-expert (seems like I have to become one) excuse the terminology I'm using.
Problem: I'm running ISA-Server on Win2000 Server (with public-static IP and DSL). Behind this ISA-Server there is an additional W2K Server in a LAN running an intranet-software. When I enter the Domain-Name (e.g.: http://intranet.xxx.xx)internally in the LAN everthing works fine. I get the first page of my intranet-system. Perfect. But if I enter the same domain-name from an external location I receive
"403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)".
If I enter the static IP from outside I get to my internal intranet-system on the second win2k server in the LAN, everthings fine.
add. Info: tracert the domainname of the web-server delivers the correct static ip address.
Hope my explanation is comprehensive.
