yum and ISA server

I have a user that installed Fedora in his PC and now is trying to update it using Yum. He configures proxy and authentication (domain\username and pwd)settings to get through ISA2k. When he tries to make the update he gets:

"Executing failover method
Error getting file http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/yum-repository/redhat/9/i386/headers/header.info
[Errno 4] IOError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden ( The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). )"

Any sugestion to solve this problem?

PS: Yum is an automatic updater and package installer/remover for rpm systems. It automatically computes dependencies and figures out what things should occur to install packages. It makes it easier to maintain groups of machines without having to manually update each one using rpm.
